Search Console tools and reports help you measure your site’s Search traffic and performance, fix issues and make your site shine in Google Search results. In this video I will go through the steps. you need to follow to verify your website in Search Console using HTML file upload method. You will need to have permission for upload the file on your website where it can be accessed by a browser.
- 1. Go to google search and use below mention url.
- 2. https://search.google.com/search-cons… click on start now.
- 3. Put your domain name and click on continue don’t use prefix https://
- 4. Download the HTML file .
- 5. login on your domain C panel and upload the HTML file. During upload the file you need to decide location of file for example, If you want to verify www.facebook.com, then the root of directory is the home page. www.facebook.com/profile, then the root directory is /party/ and all child directories will be verified.
- 6. Once you complete this process, click on verify in Search console. Now verification has done.
